PHILOSOPHY

As an official Olympiacos FC academy, we follow the modern training methodology developed by Olympiacos FC implemented by the First Team and all of its academies worldwide. This methodology has garnered unparalleled success in the Greek Super League and has seen Academy graduates play throughout Europe.

The philosophy of Olympiacos is to establish control of the game, pursue an offensive-minded style of play and promote talented footballers who have the skills, character and personality to feature in the First Team. 

The “Olympiacos Way” is the philosophy of the Olympiacos Soccer Club New York, its vision, mission, strategy and values. Our primary focus is player development. We strive to:

1) Provide professional sports and social education of young athletes in accordance with the values and principles of Olympiacos FC.
2) Train our coaches in accordance with the Olympiacos FC Academy’s operational standards.
3) Train and develop each player to realize their full potential and to teach young athletes to play the “Olympiacos Way”.
